Therapy generally begins with a discussion about why it is you have decided to come to therapy and some background information about yourself. Throughout the course of the sessions we collaborate to develop some therapeutic goals and then work together toward achieving these goals. There is a consent form to be completed in the first session which details topics such as confidentiality.
